The primary focus of this workshop will be to offer tools for effective communication/partnership development, stakeholder engagement, facilitation methods, and applied evaluation techniques. This workshop provides attendees with skills for designing and improving community programs with an emphasis on engaging team members and partners to conduct effective evaluation, move projects forward and achieving meaningful results.
